TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This Agreement is a legal contract between you (the “Customer”) and So Fresh So Clean TX, LLC. By using or receiving any goods or services supplied by the Company (together with the website located at https://sofreshsocleantx.com, collectively, the ‘Services’), and downloading, installing, or using any associated software or mobile or tablet application supplied by the Company, which enables you to use the Services (collectively, the ‘Software’), you expressly acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, as well as any future amendments and additions to this Agreement published from time to time at https://sofreshsocleantx.com/terms. Service Guarantee

All cleans performed by So Fresh So Clean TX, LLC are guaranteed to 100% satisfaction. Providers will attempt to do a walkthrough if you are on site post clean. If your clean is not to your liking, you must contact us by text, phone or email within 12 hours after the conclusion of your clean. You must provide a specific list of areas or items that need to be cleaned. Photographs and/or videos submissions help.

We will schedule a re-clean at no cost to you and complete the work. The same cleaner will be scheduled to complete the work.

We do not offer any type of refund for any reason once a cleaner arrives at your property.

Cancellation Policy (48 hour notice required)

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our customers as best as possible. However, to ensure fairness to our team and to our other customers, we reserve the right to charge the following fees via the card on file. Please consider how late or last-minute cancellations can negatively impact our anticipated earnings for the day – we are not always able to replace jobs on our schedule within such a short notice.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service will incur a $50 fee.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will be charged 50% of the total booking price
  • Cancellations made on the same-day of a scheduled service will be charged 100% of the booking price.

To avoid cancellation fees, we kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Thank you!

Customer Responsibility

The Customer must regularly review this Agreement. If the Customer continues to use the Service or Website after any changes, they consent to those changes. So Fresh So Clean TX, LLC offers services only to individuals 18 years or older who can form legally binding contracts. You must confirm you’re at least 18 years old and that your registration information is accurate and truthful. So Fresh So Clean TX, LLC may, at its sole discretion, refuse access to or use of the Site to any person or entity and may change its eligibility criteria at any time. This provision is void where prohibited by law, and So Fresh So Clean TX, LLC will revoke access in such jurisdictions. Individuals under 18 must use So Fresh So Clean TX, LLC’s services with supervision from a parent or guardian.
In all cases, the adult will be the merchant and is responsible for any activities.

You must comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content. You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes. Additionally, you must abide by the policies of So Fresh So Clean TX, LLC as stated in the Agreement (if applicable to your activities on or use of the Site), as well as any other operating rules, policies, and procedures that So Fresh So Clean TX, LLC may publish from time to time on the Site. Each of these policies is incorporated by reference and may be updated by So Fresh So Clean TX, LLC at any time without notice to you. Our Cleaning Service Terms of Service and policies apply to all users of our Site and anyone making contact with So Fresh So Clean TX, LLC in any way or form.
